  • Wiseman -- The wiseman project is an implementation of the WS-Management specification for the Java SE platform. The project scope includes the WS-Management specification and its dependent specifications.
  • Windows Remote Management (WinRM) -- Windows Remote Management is one component of Windows Hardware Management features that manage server hardware locally and remotely. These features include a service that implements the WS-Management protocol, hardware diagnosis and control through Baseboard Management Controllers (BMCs), and a COM API and scripting objects that allow you to write applications that communicate remotely through the WS-Management protocol.   • SBLIM (pronounced "sublime") is an Open Source project, intended to enhance the manageability of GNU/Linux systems. It does so by enabling GNU/Linux for WBEM, Web Based Enterprise Management, a set of standards defined by the DMTF and fostered by the WBEMsource initiative. The goal of this project is to provide a complete Open Source implementation of a WBEM-based management solution for Linux. SBLIM is licensed under the CPL.
  • OMC (Open Management with CIM) is an open-source umbrella project that includes implementations of the Open Standards management profiles and specifications defined by the DMTF (Distributed Management Task Force), associated tools and utilities, and other CIM / DMTF related projects.
